The dependency-free server-side example is certified for createPayment in PAP API 0.4.0. It accepts only amount, currency, and idempotency input; the caller supplies authentication separately and PAP derives authority.
Immutable release evidence
Each public source record binds its package version, compatible API version, operations, source digest, example digest, and allow-listed CI verification command. Catalog or example drift fails the developer release gate.
Public metadata is not program authority
SDKs and plugins cannot select or borrow a merchant, aggregator programme, country cell, provider connection, brand, commercial responsibility, projection, stop control, evidence, or execution mode. PAP-owned programs receive no exception.
