Live grants name the exact app, merchant, programme, country, and provider and are recorded independently of documentation.
What must be approved
Country-cell, provider, commercial, security, capacity, and operational approvals precede any live grant. Approvals name the exact developer app, merchant, aggregator programme, country, and provider.
Prohibited
Never let documentation, a support conversation, or a self-serve toggle substitute for the activation record. Do not carry an approval across to a different programme, country, or merchant.
